Don't you hate it when you get to the end of the day and realize that you accomplished very little. Not only that, but you spent so much time putting out fires that you never got a chance to get the really important things done. The frustration can be suffocating.
But there is a solution: printable to do lists to get organized.
I used to try to keep handwritten to do lists, but it always ended the same way. I would write out the tasks I would like to complete that day on a piece of paper or notebook, and then it would blend into the clutter of my desk, not to be seen for months (pretty funny when you are constantly finding to do lists that are four months old).

Out of sight, out of mind. Once I had forgotten about the to do list, almost nothing got done.
I mean, I knew the importance documenting your goals and tasks. I had read several books dealing with organization, time management, and goal accomplishment. But the fact that my to do list would "disappear" made getting things done almost impossible.
That is until I found this cool product called Achieve It Goal Software. (You can read more about it at Achieve It Goals!).
Now, by using it, I just type in all of my goals and tasks, and then print it out. I stick it right on my refrigerator to make sure that I physically see the to do list several times a day.
I have done more in the past three months than I have in the past three years. You wouldn't think that a simple purchase could make such a difference. But it did. At least in my case, anyway.
Printable to do lists literally changed my life. I have a strong reminder of what high priority tasks and goals I have, and the constant looking at it really motivates me to get them done.
I think that I'm also seeing the to do list subliminally. Let me explain. Although I physically stop and read my to do list each time I open my refrigerator, I also pass by it dozens of times. My theory is that my eyes are still seeing the list, even though my conscious mind isn't registering it.
Maybe its the placebo effect. Not sure exactly. All I do know is that ever since I started using printable to do list, I have been getting about 10 times more things done.
If you are having trouble getting things done, it may pay to spend a few minutes checking it out. Here's their website again: Achieve It Goals!.
Best wishes,
Roger
